This is Cristina, a life-enthusiast and passionate yoga teacher, devoted to daily self-practice. In my experience yoga positively and constructively impacts our life at every level as it offers a set of practices that assist us in maintaining balance, feeling energised and relaxed at the same time, purifying all physical and mental systems, as well as growing and transforming ourselves. I love sharing the teachings and tools with a focus on practising being present, developing concentration.

Rebecca has been sharing movement and music arts around the world for over two decades. Her focus is on channelling the creative power of these practices, to generate joy and connect with the spirit of life. As leading space-holder for innerdance in Australia since 2015, a large part of Rebecca's work lands in facilitating and nurturing Australia's growing innerdance community, in close connection with its global networks.

Tanu Bodhi

Tanu Bodhi

I am Tanubodhi full-time yoga instructor. I am passionate about sharing my love for Yoga, Meditation and teach with an authentic and fun approach. 8 years ago I started my spiritual journey with meditation and I have been practicing yoga for the past 4 and half years. I practice Vipassana meditation, Pranayama (Breathing technique), Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Hatha yoga on a regular basis.

Ajit is born in India and grew up going to ashram and living yogic lifestyle. He believes in very traditional living and is working with young people to live happy and meaningful life. He is a meditation teacher uses sound as a tool to connect with the internal dialogue. He has been practicing yoga and meditation for past 23 years.

Jessica May

Jessica May

Jess is a passionate drummer and use traditional music instruments in her sound healing practice. Drumming, Dancing, Nature, Divine people, Connection, Delicious food and taking time to be in the Quiet for her Heart and Soul is what drives her. She says: I am looking forward to sharing a Beautiful weekend with you all and I am thankful for the opportunity to bring the magic of the djembe and African music along too!! x
